Hello! Thanks for checking out my blog. I've recently been focusing on my personal training business. The location of the gym in which I train moved a week ago. So, I've been working on that transition and getting reacclimated!
My personal training program entails resistance training 5 days per week & a mix of either cardio or Bikram Yoga 3 days per week, & eating clean of course!! I try to get legs in twice per week. I normaly do 2 body parts per day, weight training lasting about an hour.
I ran the Victory Over Violence 5K this morning with 2 friends/clients of mine. We totally rocked & had a great time. The weather was perfect. We'll be running bleechers @ TCU football stadium Saturday 4/17, and TCU track drills @ the track the following Saturday 4/24 @ 10:00 a.m. if you're in DFW area & would like a great workout!
To any current or aspiring fitness/figure competitors or anyone trying to get in their personal best shape & would like to get the latest & greatest on diet, supplementation, training, posing, etc..simply look under my Services section & let me help you! My bio is listed on the home page, & rates listed under Services.
Right now, I have my thoughts on competing at the Europa Supershow in Dallas, then at Jr. USAs this year.
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my site & checking in on me. I'll keep you posted on things, so keep checking in!! All great things begin with small efforts made each and every day! I wanted to leave you thinking with some helpful tips to use yourself:
Always warm up before exercise. Save stretching for when your body is warm.
Exercise in some way 6 days out of 7 each week! Even if it's only 20 mints. Always take a day off to rest.
Try squeezing fresh lemon on any fish instead of mayo or sauces & in smoothies for flavor & Vt. C
Bake/grill/broil/steam food....don't use the microwave to cook your food. Never fry foods! Eat raw when possible.
BELIEVE YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO! Anything is possible if your heart is in it.
Be healthy & take care.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Ryan |
